Keiner soll einen weitergehenden Antrag als das, was in der Stiftung geregelt ist, stellenoder zur Abstimmung bringen weder im Rat noch in der Volksversammlung, etwas zu mindernoder aus ihr herauszunehmen, sondern sie soll unangreifbar bewahrt bleiben für alle Zeit.Die Stiftung habe ich gemacht, da ich aus frommer und gerechter Überzeugung und aus verständigerGesinnung die schönste Art des Lebens gewonnen habe; von Hypotheken und Einsprüchen frei- - - und für viel ehrenvoller hielt ich es,- - -zusammen weihen - - - indem ich die fromme Gesinnungnach meinen Kräften erzeigt habe, zur Ermunterung auch anderer Menschen.Zeugen.
